This shirt from sack wear is calling out to me, although I do wish it came in a girly size rather than unisex.

got a brand new bag!

I found this delightful little yellow clutch at Target Boutique over the weekend. I wish someone could get a picture of me when I find something new, I swear my mouth drops open a little when I see something really cute. I am a nerd.

diy weekend...

before:

after:

I reorganized and decorated my bathroom medicine cabinet over the weekend. I have never been able to find cute contact paper until Sunday at Target. I think the cabinet looks worlds better and makes me smile every time I open it.

crafty sweet

I found this very crafty idea from Deborah Dee via Making it Lovely. All you need is a bamboo placemat and pretty paper and voila! A bracelet or necklace on the cheap.

pretty and fun...

I love fun magnets but I can never rationalize spending money on them. That is until now! This magnet set from StellaBean comes with a matching tin that can be used for ever so many things...

perk up your packaging...

I seem to be on a Design*Sponge kick lately but she found another adorable find. Now while I don't enjoy seeing logos all over clothing, I really do enjoy product packaging. I get a little lift from a cute shampoo bottle in the shower over a plain ol'bottle. But these cute stickers would be a very fun way to perk up that plain bottle. Maybe buy that huge shampoo bottle, be economical and green at the same time, and use these stickers on a smaller bottle for you shower....

i never thought of this...

This may be a new extension of my wall decal obsession but these "roof patterns" by Lisa Bengtsson, ala design sponge, are awesome. My living room ceiling is already tiled and a pattern could be a cool addition.

tissue flowers...

These martha stewart paper flowers look like a lot of fun to try and I love creature comforts' idea to make them smaller. Voila! Bouquet of flowers that never die!

yes, I am 12...

The movie Public Enemies, starring Johnny Depp, Christian Bale and Billy Crudup, is currently filming in Wisconsin and they are about to shoot in Madison. Specifically tomorrow. Bah! My co-worker is writing pieces for the paper about the shoot and I tagged along with him to check out the mysterious black Escalade parked right outside our office. It is quite possible it is driving Johnny Depp, according to my co-worker's sources. So, yeah. I totally hung outside watching a car for the past 20 minutes.
